About
International structuring capability. Cambodian operating depth.
Whitewater Consulting exists because the two halves of a successful market entry rarely live in the same firm: the international side that structures the transaction, and the local side that makes it work on the ground. Whitewater was built to hold both.
The firm
How Whitewater is built
United Kingdom
Founder-led commercial structuring, engagement management and international client work, based in London.
Australia
Advisory team component covering agricultural operations, commercial analysis and engagement delivery.
Cambodia
An established operating company and full-time local team, with farmer network access, land relationships and government-facing experience. This is where engagements are executed.
The firm's in-country presence is not a partnership badge: Whitewater's principals operate a registered Cambodian company with existing farming and land relationships and production-capable resources. Client engagements draw on that operating base and on licensed local counsel, accountants and certification bodies coordinated within each engagement.
Founder
Jai Bifulco
Jai Bifulco is the founder and principal of Whitewater Consulting. His background spans two decades of commercial leadership across financial technology, brokerage, commodities and multi-sector ventures, including executive roles building regulated financial services businesses across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.
His work in Cambodia grew from years of direct engagement with the country's regulators, business networks and agricultural communities. That experience produced the conviction on which Whitewater is built: Cambodia's agricultural opportunity is real, and it is captured on the ground, through correct structure, documented land history and local relationships, not from a desk abroad.
Jai is based in London, with presence in Italy and regular time in country in Cambodia.
How we work
Assessment before commitment
Engagements begin with an exploratory consultation and an honest entry assessment. The firm takes on work only where its operating base in Cambodia gives clients a real execution advantage, and when an assessment concludes that Cambodia is not the right move for a client, that is the advice given.
Discuss your Cambodia entry strategy
Initial consultations are exploratory: an assessment of your objectives against Cambodian operating conditions, not a sales conversation.
